Unused merchanidise in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a sales receipt or other proof of purchase. If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We stand by the products we carry, and want to know if there are any problems with the products we sell. All Bontrager products come with an unconditional satisfaction guarantee, which provides a full refund of the original purchase amount within 30 days of purchase. *Select special order items may not be elegible for returns. We will do our best to inform you prior to purchase if this rule applies to the item you are requesting. 


For bicycle pre-orders with an ETA within 90 days of the order, we require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit is fully refundable for 7 days. After 7 days, the deposit is only transferable to another bicycle or to in-store credit. (Exception: If the ETA on the bike is pushed back by more than 2 weeks, or the bike changes significantly in specifications or price, an option for refund will be offered.) Bike prices quoted are subject to change, and the final price of the bike will be equal to, but not greater than, Trek’s MSRP at time of pick-up. Parts specifications on brand new bicycles are also subject to change, and refunds will be offered if these changes are deemed significant.


In-store and Curbside Pickup are free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

For Curbside Pickup, please  knock on the door when you arrive to pickup your order.  If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. 


We are currently offering delivery service to the K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N, K7P Postal Code areas, and are expanding our zones regularly.  Please contact us for information regarding delivery fees. Delivery services start at $15.  Bike purchases cannot be "shipped" but can be delivered locally, to the postal codes above, at a minimum fee of $50 per bike. 


Due to current high demand for products, we are not offering shipping at this time. Online purchases can be picked up curbside, in-store (if permitted under current municipal Covid-19 restrictions, or delivered locally. (See Local Delivery above.)


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.


Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an email. 


We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
