*Trek Bicycle Kingston’s FREE Shipping policy applies to online orders valued at $99 CAD and over, before taxes, and shipped within Canada via Canada Post. We DO NOT SHIP BICYCLES or any oversized/overweight goods, such as, but not limited to, trainers, car racks, trailers, and child carriers. Shipping costs may vary depending on package size, weight, and value, and customer will be contacted if surcharges apply, or if an item cannot be shipped.

Shipping Details

Orders will not ship until all products can be packaged. This means that items on special order as part of a multi-product order will delay shipment until all special orders arrive.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Online orders ship from our store Tuesday to Friday and are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays. 

Shipping costs are based on urban delivery. Other charges may apply for shipments to non-major urban centres, Northern regions, and remote locations. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm shipping costs and determine payment.

Shipment (delivery) of goods will occur when Trek Bicycle Kingston (via Canada Post) delivers the item(s) to the shipping address provided in the order. The customer is responsible for the goods once delivery has taken place.

Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, lost or stolen packages, and other circumstances beyond our control. Some orders may require additional processing time due to size, stock availability, or order volume. Special orders may also require additional processing time. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Within Canada

Within Canada, we offer ground shipping with Canada Post on most online purchases, except for bikes and/or oversized/overweight items. Items with dimensions larger than 1m or weighing more than 30kg cannot be shipped with Canada Post. In these cases, we will contact you.

Shipping Dangerous Goods

Standard shipping rates do not apply to orders containing ‘dangerous goods’ as defined by CANUTEC (Canadian Transport Emergency Centre). You will be contacted with a quote for shipping if an order cannot be shipped using standard rates.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

In-store pick-up is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.


LOCAL DELIVERY

We are currently offering local delivery service to the K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N, K7P Postal Code areas, and are expanding our zones regularly.  Please contact us for information regarding delivery fees. Local Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and $15 for orders under $99.  Bike purchases cannot be "shipped" but can be delivered locally, to the postal codes above, at a minimum fee of $50 per bike. We will call the customer when an order is ready to arrange a delivery time.

HOLIDAY SEASON "GIFT STORAGE" UNTIL DECEMBER 22nd!

Want to keep your gifts (including bikes) hidden from your lucky recipients until later in December? We've got you covered! We will gladly keep any recent purchases securely stored right up until December 22nd, provided that the item(s) are paid in full, with a tentative pick-up or delivery day/time scheduled at the time of purchase. Scheduled bike delivery times are subject to weather conditions, and may have to be rescheduled if conditions are unfavourable. All pick-ups and deliveries for stored items must be completed by end of day December 22nd, 2023.

RETURNS

Unused merchanidise in its original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a sales receipt or other proof of purchase. If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We stand by the products we carry, and want to know if there are any problems with the products we sell. All Bontrager products come with an unconditional satisfaction guarantee, which provides a full refund of the original purchase amount within 30 days of purchase. *Select special order items may not be elegible for returns. We will do our best to inform you prior to purchase if this rule applies to the item you are requesting. Bicycle sales cannot be fully refunded. If you are unhappy with your bike purchase for any reason, please reach out to discuss options. We want you to love your bike!  

All Closeout and In-Store Clearance Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund. Store credit can be offered in some circumstances.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Bicycles cannot be fully refunded. If you are unhappy with your bike purchase for any reason, please reach out to discuss options. We want you to love your bike!

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an email.

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
