SHOPPING WITH US DURING COVID-19

STAGE 3 ONTARIO RE-OPENING PLAN allows for Indoor Retail with Capacity Restrictions to allow physical distancing.
Indoor Shopping has resumed! Please respect all public health guidelines for physical distancing and hand hygiene while in the store, and/or while waiting outside. Masks are mandatory indoors, and also during outdoor interactions with staff. Thanks for your cooperation!
BIKE REPAIRS & SERVICE:
- Excellent turn-around times for service booked using our Online Scheduler!
- Find our new online scheduler here!
- Most scheduled (pre-booked) repairs can be completed in 1-2 business days (*depending on availability of parts)
- Non-scheduled repairs may have a wait time of 3-5 days.
- Priority is always given to Scheduled repairs.
- Tube & Tire Changes can usually be taken care of same day (These do not require an online booking - please give us a call.)
- Payments for retail items, repairs or services can be made via e-transfer (email@example.com), credit card over the phone, or curbside, via the mobile payment terminal.
- When you arrive for pickup, please knock on our door or window and we will bring your repair item or online purchase out to you!
- If picking up or dropping off a bike by car, temporary stopping in front of the store is permitted at this time. Please put your hazard lights on.
- Bike Inventory is extremely low (or non-existent), and is expected to remain that way throughout the summer. (We DO have a few kids bikes!)
- If you find a bike in-stock on our website, please call asap to secure it!
- If the bike you want is not in-stock, we encourage you to submit a "Bike Pre-Order Inquiry" form. (Some exceptions apply - details on form)
- Some bikes are sold out until the fall/winter. We have temporarily paused pre-orders on all FX, Dual Sport & Verve models, as well as all Marlin models.
- "Browsing" for bikes is not an option at this time, as we have no inventory. If you would like to speak to someone about a new bike, give us a call, or learn more about our Pre-Order Policies HERE.
SHOPPING FOR ACCESSORIES & CLOTHING CAN BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
- ONLINE - Via this website...THE most efficient way to purchase any in-stock item! Most orders are being fulfilled within 24 business hours - Please be sure to monitor your junkmail & spam folders for your pickup notices!
- PHONE - Call us, and we can help you select your items over the phone
- EMAIL - Via firstname.lastname@example.org... Email us what you need, we will check stock, send you an invoice, collect payment via e-transfer, and have your items ready for curbside pickup.
- INDOOR - For the most efficient indoor shopping experience, please call ahead to discuss what you're looking for. We can have some items ready for you to look at when you come in.
- CURBSIDE - If you prefer not to come inside, or if the store is at capacity, we will do our best to bring products outside for you to look at!
