Q: ARE BIKES STILL HARD TO GET THIS YEAR?
A: Things are MUCH more normal this year! YAY!
The great news for 2023 is that most bikes are now available either in-store or at the North American Distribution Warehouses! While there are still hiccups in the supply chain, we are on track to a much more "normal" season. :)
If you're wanting a bike that is not currently in stock, we'd recommend talking to us about what's happening with that particular model. Sometimes it may be that a new model is about to be released, and sometimes it could just be a lingering manufacturing delay. In some cases, reserving, or "pre-ordering" may still be recommended to avoid disappointment.
Q: DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO SHOP FOR A BIKE?
A: NO, of course not... But we still highly recommend it!
We've got to admit that there was something kind of great about bike shopping appointments - and we found that many of our customers loved them too! Focused, efficient, fun... We are happy to provide an awesome appointment-based experience for you, if that's your preference!
AND, we offer a few "After-Hours" appointments for those people who find it hard to shop during the day, or who prefer a quieter environment. Appointment links can be found on our Homepage.
